1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the H365 platform — whether through the website at h365.app or through the H365 mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you create an account or begin using any part of the platform, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform. Continued use of H365 after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an H365 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from H365 or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an H365 employee where a conflict of interest may exist.

H365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Registration

When you register for an H365 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details required during registration.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name or email address by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, H365 may merge, suspend, or permanently close them without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This means keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone else, and logging out of shared devices after each session. H365 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on H365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to availability at the time of the transaction. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the current processing schedule and are subject to verification checks. H365 does not charge fees for standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the account holder.
• H365 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited on H365 do not earn interest.

H365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending account review, or if KYC documentation has not yet been verified.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on H365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that wager.

Bets are final once confirmed. H365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a clear system or pricing error has occurred on our end. In cases of genuine error, H365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account.

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system.
• H365 may impose maximum stake limits on individual bets or markets at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays; the odds displayed at the time of placement are what apply.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as stake only — no profit is calculated on a voided outcome.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

H365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

General rules that apply to all promotions on H365 unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• H365 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will remain available.
• Attempting to exploit a promotion through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, or other dishonest means will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.
• Promotional offers are for entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee profit or reduce the inherent risk of betting.

7 Player Conduct

H365 expects all players to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using H365 as a channel for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at H365 staff or other platform users.

H365 uses fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the review is completed.

8 Responsible Gaming

H365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity, including the ability to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Gaming on H365 should always be treated as entertainment. It carries financial risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. We strongly encourage players to:

• Avoid chasing losses — stepping away is always the right call.
• Take regular breaks and be mindful of time spent gaming.

9 Privacy & Data

We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Account Termination

You may close your H365 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

H365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require us to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, H365 may withhold funds that are directly associated with the violating activity pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

H365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues, connectivity problems on the player's end, or scheduled maintenance periods.

H365 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your use of the platform — including, but not limited to, missed betting opportunities due to technical delays. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the balance held in your verified account at the time of the issue.

12 Changes to These Terms

H365 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users through the platform or via email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of H365 after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
